Do you run your PHP in safe mode?

We do not run PHP in safe mode.

Do you offer any kind of SSH access to the servers?

We do offer ssh access. Once you are a customer with us, you just need to place a support ticket requesting ssh permission (no extra fees)

Do your hosting plans support CGI either CGI_bin or site wide CGI?

Will You Transfer My Current Site Over To HostMyBiz?

We don't currently support transfers of websites.

What is Fantastico? What Fantastico scripts do you run?

Does HOSTMYBIZ offer custom packages?

In general no, but if you feel that our current plans don't fit your needs then feel free to contact us.

What if I need more space and bandwidth?

If you need additional space and bandwidth, you can simply upgrade your account to a higher plan. Upgrading your plan provides a much better value than paying for more bandwidth and storage on the side.

Do you do regular backups of my account?

Yes, we perform 2 backups on all accounts. A nightly backup to dedicated backup servers and monthly backup of backup of our dedicated backup servers. But don't count on our backups alone! Your website is important, and you are the one ultimately respon

Will HOSTMYBIZ install my programs and scripts for me?

I have my own SSL certificate, can HOSTMYBIZ install it for me?

How long will it take to setup my new account?
